No. Anyone can book by the hour ($35 off-peak / $50 peak, plus sales tax). Membership pays off if you play regularly: included hours, discounts and priority booking.

When your booking is confirmed you receive an email with your digital key. The door unlocks from your phone during your time slot and your bay switches on automatically.

Booking windows depend on your membership level — from 3 days ahead on Weekday Amateur up to 10 days ahead on Pro. Hourly players book on general availability.

Only one active booking at a time. Once your booking has been completed you will be allowed to reserve more time.

Yes. If additional time is available after your reservation, you can extend your session directly through the booking system. Scratch and Pro members can book 2-hour blocks at a time.

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before, from the link in your confirmation email. With less notice the booking is non-refundable.

Yes — walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Members receive booking priority and discounted rates. We recommend reserving online to guarantee your preferred time.

Full use of the simulator for up to 4 players, and balls. Just bring the will to play and your own clubs — if you need rental clubs, contact us before your booked time. Every bay includes the Uneekor launch monitor, GSPro software with thousands of world-famous courses, driving-range and practice modes, full club and ball data, comfortable seating, premium hitting mats and a climate-controlled environment.

Yes. Our AI-powered technology analyzes your swing and ball flight in real time, providing instant feedback, slow-motion swing videos and personalized coaching to help you improve faster.

Yes. Club Optix® and Swing Optix® provide instant swing replays, impact analysis and shot data so you can review your mechanics, track progress and share your best swings.

Our simulators feature Uneekor technology paired with GSPro, providing realistic ball flight, advanced practice tools and access to thousands of courses from around the world.

On the simulator, 18 holes take roughly 45–60 minutes per player. For a first visit we recommend one hour per pair of players.

To protect screens and turf: clean your clubs before playing (you're welcome to use our club washing station if you forgot) and wear clean trainers — no metal spikes. For safety, only one active player is allowed on the hitting turf at a time; all other guests must remain behind the designated safety line or netting to avoid high-velocity ricochets or club strikes. Please pack up your gear and step out of the bay exactly when your reservation time expires.

Not at all. Our facility is designed for every skill level: whether you've never played golf or you're preparing for tournament competition, our technology helps you improve at your own pace.

We don't provide food or drinks, but have no problem with you bringing in your own — so long as you treat our facility like it's your own.

Yes. Our long-term vision is to make every practice session build on the last. As our technology platform evolves, members will be able to review performance data, monitor improvement and receive personalized insights.

Memberships provide access to the club, included monthly hours or discounted bay rates (depending on your plan), member-exclusive events and additional perks. Founding Members also receive exclusive benefits and locked-in introductory pricing while continuously active. See the membership tiers.

No long-term contracts. Members pay monthly and can manage their membership according to the membership terms.

Yes — there's no lock-in. To switch tiers or cancel, just write us an email at least 5 business days before your renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.

Most tiers include free guest passes — 3 per month on Founding, Amateur and Scratch, 4 on Pro. Guests always play within your booking.

Membership pricing may change at any time. If the fee changes, the new rate applies at your next renewal and you will be notified of any such change. The club also reserves the right to cancel or revoke membership privileges at its sole discretion.
